In Loving Memory of
Mr. Jacob ‘Jake’ Krikken
1941 - 2020
It is with great sadness that his beloved family announces his passing on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the Anson General Hospital, at the age of 78 years.

Loving husband of Ann (nee Hicks) and adored father of John (Melissa), the Late Peter (1990), Heidi (Chris) Garrison and Tobi (Dan). Jake was also the cherished grandfather of Nicholas and Rebecca.
Jake was an avid gardener and fisherman, spending his summers by his favourite fishing hole and tending to his beautiful gardens.
He was predeceased by his son Peter, his parents John and Greta Krikken, his sister Jenny, and his brothers in law; Bill, Jim, and Wes Hicks.
Family and friends may call at Trinity United Church on Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. with DLM Laura Hutchison presiding. Dear Mrs. Krikken and family. When we grew up in Monteith, it was always nice to have another Dutch family in the village. We always enjoyed spending time together. I send you my deepest condolences in the loss of such a kind and sincere person. Monique Vandenbosch, Ottawa.
