Mr. Richard James Lindsay

December 14, 1948 – March 21, 2024

With great sorrow Richard’s family announces his passing on Thursday March 21st, 2024, at the age of 75.  He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of almost 54 years Felicienne “Phil” (nee Cloutier), his children Tracy Lindsay, Mary (Marty) Paul and Jamie (Derek) Johnston and his grandchildren Mason, Brady, Nya, Lindsay, Kohen and Kole.  

He was the brother of the (late) Isabel Judd (late Frank), Helen Fairbairn (late Barton), (late) Dorothy Draves (late  Arnold), Donald Lindsay (Ann), Robert Lindsay (late Gail), Cecil Lindsay (Gisele), David Lindsay (Helene), Betty Lindsay, Laura Collins (Eric) and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He was a remarkable man with a huge heart and positively impacted everyone he met. He loved his family more than anything, especially his grandchildren who love him dearly. He will be missed by so many,

Visitations will be held Tuesday March 26th, 2024 at the Irvine and Irvine Funeral Home, 641 DeTroyes Ave in Iroquois Falls from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 7:30 pm followed by his Final Farewell starting at 7:30pm.
